House Rules
Please carefully read through these house rules before booking your stay
No pets allowed.
No children under the age of 13 allowed.
There is a maximum limit of 4 adults in each reservation. No more than the number of guests booked in the reservation are allowed on the property.
No smoking of any kind - including vape pens - permitted in the home, garage or anywhere on the property.
Park on gravel area in front of garage during your stay. Do not drive on the grass. This includes all terrain vehicles.
Shoes must be removed in the entryway and are not to be worn in the main area of the home. House slippers are encouraged!
No incense, sage or palo santo burning allowed indoors.
No burning of candles allowed.
Use a respectful noise level indoors and outside during your stay in consideration of our neighbors. If we receive a noise complaint during your stay, you may be asked to leave.
Use provided coasters on all surfaces.
Use provided trivets for any hot pans on all surfaces other than the stovetop.
Cover food in microwave when in use.
Do not leave trash or accessible food outdoors, as it will attract wildlife.
Do not sit on the countertops or dining table.
Do not lean over or sit on loft banister.
Do not throw anything other than toilet paper in the toilet.
Report any broken item or spill immediately to host.
No parties or events.
No glitter, confetti, silly string, or similar products are allowed in the cabin or on the property. Use of any such products will result in a lost damage deposit.
Do not adhere balloons, streamers, tinsel, etc. to anything on the property - this includes outdoors.
Leave the cabin in the same way you found it. Report any damages to us immediately (stains, broken items, etc.) Additional cleaning fees will be charged for any items or spaces that require extra cleaning.
We appreciate your respect and care of Hytte Ro. These house rules are in place to keep Hytte Ro a safe and cared-for place for all to enjoy.
